Ingredients (120 ml)
Botanicals
✶ 1 tbsp dried blue vervain
✶ 1 tbsp dried lemon verbena
✶ Optional: small curl of lemon peel (for uplift)
Alcohol Base
✶ 150 ml pear eau-de-vie
bright, calming, encourages mental space
Non-Alcohol Base
✶ 120 ml lemon verbena tea (cooled) or raw apple cider vinegar
✶ ½ tsp raw honey
Best for emotional use and nightly rest
The Preparation
✶ Place vervain, verbena, and optional lemon peel in a clean jar.
✶ Cover completely with your chosen base.
✶ Wrap in cloth and keep near books, writing tools, or places of thought.
✶ Steep 21-28 days, shaking gently every few days.
✶ Strain into a dark bottle.
Honey is added after straining in non-alcohol base.
How to Use
For overthinking, mental tension, circular thoughts, emotional over-responsibility, and
difficulty relaxing the mind.
✶ 2-3 drops under the tongue
✶ 1-2 drops in chamomile, mint, or lemon tea
✶ Rub 1 drop at the hairline or back of neck
✶ Use before writing, planning, or difficult conversations
✶ Add 2 drops to bath for mental release
