A Milk for the Skin, Not the Mouth

Before sleep, caravan healers would rub a mixture of chamomile and animal cream into tired limbs - not to moisturize, but to quiet the breath and soften the nerves.
Today, we mimic this ritual with oils that behave like milk on the skin:
• Blue chamomile to quiet inflammation and worry
• Lavender to relax the breath
• Vanilla oleoresin to warm the scent into cream
• Oat lipids to comfort the barrier like warm milk

Not a perfume.
Not a heavy oil.
Just night comfort that feels like being held.

Ingredients (30 ml + 15 ml)

Base Oils

Ingredient 15 ml or 30 ml

Oat Oil (Oat Lipid) 5 ml or 10 ml

Jojoba Oil 4 ml or 8 ml

Camellia Oil (Japonica) 4 ml or 8 ml

Olive Squalane1 ml or 2 ml

Actives (Night Repair)

  • 0.5 ml Coenzyme Q10 (supports overnight cell repair)
    OR

  • 0.5 ml Bakuchiol (gentle, retinol-like renewal)

Aroma Micro-Dose (Max 3 Drops Total)

  • 1 drop Bulgarian Lavender

  • 1 drop Blue Chamomile (German Chamomile)

  • 1 drop Vanilla Oleoresin (10% dilution preferred)

⚠️ Do not exceed 3 drops total. Night oils require calm scent, not perfume.

Blending Instructions (No Heat)

Tools

  • Glass beaker or pyrex cup

  • Wooden/bamboo stir stick

  • Dark bottle (15 or 30 ml)

  • Small funnel

Method

  1. Add oat oil, jojoba, camellia, and squalane to your glass beaker.

  2. Add your chosen active (CoQ10 or Bakuchiol).

  3. Add one drop of each aroma, one at a time.

  4. Stir slowly with wooden or glass stick - never metal.

  5. Funnel into dark glass bottle and seal immediately.

  6. Label with date.

How to Use

• Use on face, neck, shoulders, and hands before bed.
• Apply 3-5 drops, press gently - do not rub aggressively.
• Massage along clavicle and chest to calm the breath.
• Pairs beautifully with evening tea or reading ritual.
