Ingredients (makes 30 ml - a night ritual jar)
Base Oils:

12 ml Jojoba Oil (closest to natural skin oils; non-pore-blocking)

3 ml Rice Bran Oil (rich in sleep-supportive B vitamins, softens fine texture)
Solidifier:

4 gm Rice Bran Wax
(substitute: 3.5 gm beeswax for a more traditional softness)
Soothing Actives (Choose 1):

¼ tsp Oat Extract (oil soluble) → comforts irritated skin
OR -
¼ tsp Chamomile CO2 (very potent, use lightly) → deep calming
Dream Aroma (Ultra Soft; MAX 2 drops total):

1 drop Vanilla CO2 (or infused vanilla oil)

1 drop Roman Chamomile (do not substitute lavender - too dominant)
Optional scent-free version for highly sensitive sleepers: skip essential oils and rely only on vanilla-infused oil.
Method

Warm jojoba + rice bran oil + wax over simmering water until melted.

Remove from heat.

Add oat extract OR chamomile CO2 (choose only one).

Add vanilla + chamomile (total max = 2 drops).

Pour into jar.

Let set and cool before sealing.
To make Vanilla-Infused Oil: soak a small piece of vanilla bean in jojoba for 1-2 weeks.
How to Use
• Rub a tiny amount between fingertips until warm.
• Apply to temples, neck sides, wrists, or upper chest.
• Cup hands lightly over nose and breathe slowly:
In through nose (4), hold (2), out slow (6).
• Can also soften night dryness around lips, eyes, or under nose.
